NTC2 Metric Threaded Air Temperature Sensor / Sender
NTC2 Metric Threaded Air Temperature

The NTC2 series of air temperature sensors are designed to withstand the most demanding of environments.  They are available in a wide selection of materials with the innovative heat insulating PEEK ISOTIP™.  The high temperature non-metallic tip helps prevent heat soak from the surrounding material.  Sensing elements can be either PT1000 or a range of NTCs.  Note for a 1/8” NPT version please see our NPT2 product.

NPT2 1/8” NPT Air Temperature sensor is designed to withstand the most demanding of environments.  They are available in either a brass or stainless steel boby with an innovative heat insulating PEEK ISOTIP™.  The high temperature non-metallic tip helps prevent heat soak from the surrounding material.  Sensing elements can be either PT1000 or a range of NTCs.  Note for a metric or 1/4-20 UNC threaded versions please see our NTC2 product range.

The NPT1 fluid temperature sensor is designed to withstand the most demanding of environments. With a choice of materials and two types of sensing elements, PT1000 or NTC thermistor.  Supplied with either the standard metal tip or the ISOTIP™ isolated tip using PEEK (high temperature plastic) material to eliminate heat soak from the surrounding metal work. The NPT1 is only available with a 1/8” NPT thread, for metric threads please see the NTC.

The KIR3 Series of miniature infra-red temperature sensors offers noncontact measurement of tyres, carbon & steel brake rotors, clutch and engine temperatures.  The KIR3 can be setup ready to use or we can supply user friendly software and programming lead for a customer to setup or re-range the sensor for a different application.

KIR16X4 CAN Bus Tyre Temperature Sensor

The KIR16X4 infra-red tyre temperature sensor provides race engineers with a matrix of 16 x 4 independent temperature points across a tyre.

It’s a very small lightweight sensor that has a CAN bus 1Mb output for direct connection to most modern data loggers.

User selectable modes offer a range of functions including CAN ID, bandwidth and distance to target.  The modes can be selected either over CAN bus or via an Android Configuration App.  A Technical Manual is available on request.

NTC2F- Fast Response Series Air and Gas Temperature Sensor

The NTC2F-Fast Response Series of high performance temperature sensors are designed to measure the temperatures of air and gas inlet on demanding motorsport and automotive testing applications. The sensing element is a sub miniature 10kΩ NTC thermistor, with a very fast response time which helps to improve engine performance.
