KP94B Miniature Linear Position Sensor

The KP94 Series of KP94B Miniature Linear Positon Sensors are designed to withstand the harsh environments within motorsport and automotive testing applications. By using a proven conductive plastic, track technology and multi-fingered contacts, the KP94B offers high performance and reliability under extreme temperature and vibration.

Industry Standard 3mm bearing mounting, with a cable exit option of either Forwards or Backwards, allowing for easy integration into existing or new applications.

KP13S Light Duty Linear Position Sensor

The KP13S Standard Series of linear position sensors have a 13mm diameter aluminium body and a stainless steel shaft.  Designed to withstand the demanding environment using a proven conductive plastic track technology and multi fingered contacts the sensors offer high performance and reliability even under extreme temperature and vibration.  Can be specified with a standard IP65 sealing rating or upgrade to a full IP67 version.  Cable exit can be either forward or reverse.

The KP Series of KP13C Compact Light Duty Linear Positon Sensors are designed to withstand the harsh environments within motorsport and automotive testing applications. By using a proven conductive plastic, track technology and multi-fingered contacts, the KP13C offers high performance and reliability under extreme temperature and vibration.

Cable exit can be manufactured to have to be either Forward or Reverse exit. Also, a Carbon Sleeve option is also available to protect the shaft against debris and other damage.

For critical applications where redundancy is required, we can also offer a Dual Output Sensor within the same package size

KWP Wire Potentiometer

The KWP Series of Wire Potentiometers are designed to withstand the harsh environments within motorsport and automotive testing applications.

By using a retractable polyamide coated stainless steel wire, the KWP offers high performance and reliability at temperatures up to +80°C. Alternatively, it is capable of operational excellence in cold environments down to –20°C.

The design allows for various Mounting Options for the sensor and comes supplied with a cable output as standard.

KH21 & KH22 Non-Contact Rotary Position Sensor

The KH21/22 Series of Non-Contact Rotary Position Sensors are designed to withstand the harsh environments of motorsport and automotive testing applications.

By using a proven ‘Hall Effect’ technology, the KH21/22 offers high performance and reliability at temperatures up to +150°C. Alternatively, they are capable of operational excellence in cold environments down to –25°C.

Available in either Single (3 wire) or Dual (6 wire) outputs, the modular design allows for various mounting arrangements with different Shaft/Drive types.

KH41 & KH42 Shaftless Rotary Position Sensor

The KH41/42 Series of Non Contact 2-Channel Rotary Position Sensors are designed to withstand the harsh environments of motorsport and automotive testing applications.

By using a proven ‘Hall Effect’ technology, the KH41/42 offers high performance and reliability at temperatures up to +150°C. Alternatively, it is capable of operational excellence in cold environments down to –40°C.

The KH41/42 has no moving parts; a magnet is inserted into the moving component. It detects movement and provides a linear output signal proportional to the rotational angle.

The sensor is available in either Single (3 wire) or Dual (6 wire) outputs.

RHL4 Miniature Laser Ride Height Sensor

The RHL4 Series of Miniature Laser Ride Height Sensors are designed to withstand the harsh environments of industrial and motorsport applications, the sensor has a small diameter visible laser which is reflected off the track surface to a precision CCd detector which determines the height from the ground.
