New Oil Contamination Sensors
(31st Jan 2018)

New Product - Oil Contamination sensors - save your gearbox!

We are pleased to bring you a new product for 2018.....

The KMS series of miniature condition monitoring sensors are designed to detect the presence of ferrous material in oil systems.

In particular the sensor can be used to monitor gearbox and transmission oil for signs of change or wear in the gear box or differential.  Monitoring the amount of ferrous material in the oil over time can help with preventative measures to save impending failure.  So for example rapid increase in contamination levels could indicate case hardened gears wearing, and spikes can indicate broken tooth or metal objects.  Advance warning of these could save a race, or save further damage or total failure.

Simple installation with an integrated temperature sensor which also assists with engine condition monitoring.

Announcing Our New Look!
(24th Jan 2018)

Since formation in 2006 we have pretty much stuck with the same black and red logo style.  Although it has served us well and is recognisable we feel its time for a change to evolve the identity to reflect where we are now as well as in the future.

So you will start to see our new logo, font and colours start to come through on literature and products in 2018.  We launched the new identity at the Autosport Show where it was well received.

KA Sensors are motorsports specialists of course but the technology we develop has applications across other industries and sports which means that we are regularly working on some very different and exciting projects in addition to our core business.

We are always keen to work with our clients on exciting new development projects and can supply a single component to a complete system.

Our Technical Sales and Support Team will ensure that every aspect of your sensor application is thoroughly analysed to make that the correct product is specified and supplied.

Please call us with your requirements!
